We had an unusual home that was potentially difficult to price. Serena was very savvy at assessing the market, positioning the house, and generating a lot of interest in it before it hit the market. She definitely has her finger on the pulse of things.

We have a young son, and Serena was also great about letting us set the tone for the sales process so as not to disturb him. We definitely felt like she was working for our best interests. In the end we were very happy with how the sale went and the price we got.

We had a nightmarish experience with an agent we used before. Working with Serena was a 180 degree difference. She is truly a full service agent, always accessible and on top of all the loose ends.

Between us we’ve bought two houses and sold one with Serena. We were worried about the one we were selling because it was very small, and for that reason maybe not the most desirable property, but Serena didn’t treat it that way. She figured out how to position it to attract the right kind of person. We went off to Hawaii, and when we came back we had three offers.

Then, Serena was instrumental in getting us our new house by acting fast. We saw it the instant it hit the market. I wasn’t sure about it at first, and Serena said, “have your hesitations, but get the ball rolling anyway,” and we did. By the next time we looked at the house, there were agents swarming all around, but it was already ours.

The two of us have different styles. Serena understood where we were both coming from and what each of us needed to hear along the way. She put us at ease and made the whole process seem not at all threatening.  Working with Serena, it was as if the three of us were buying the house. We hope we won’t be selling again for a long time, but if we do we know we will be in good hands with Serena.
