Once we did find the right place, she pushed the selling agent to accept the offer and move on. Then she found good contractors for us to work with as we move forward with a major renovation.

Serena was instrumental in getting us our new house by acting fast. We saw it the instant it hit the market. I wasn’t sure about it at first, and Serena said, “have your hesitations, but get the ball rolling anyway,” and we did. By the next time we looked at the house, there were agents swarming all around, but it was already ours.

The two of us have different styles. Serena understood where we were both coming from and what each of us needed to hear along the way. On my daughter’s recommendation, I contacted Serena when I wanted to move from Port Townsend to Seattle. I found her to be reliable, experienced, and easy to be with. And, she’s very efficient. We were usually the first people to look at a place — and that counts!

I wanted to be in the north end and that isn’t her specialty, but Serena found me exactly what I wanted. She worked out the plan for my bid and I did everything she recommended. On the day of reckoning we learned that there were 16 bids on the house… and I won!
